ACS - Integrated Service Provider
ACS are leaders in facilities maintenance and security. Big Click was engaged to develop a website to enhance their online brand and provide an online training system to their growing personnel.
The Challenge
ACS came to us with an existing site that wasn't representing high quality and professional image that they were known for in their industry. With more and more of their clients researching their services online they knew that they had to bring their online image inline with their brand.
During discussions with ACS, a plan was also developed to create an online training system for their large number of staff that are geographically spread out across Australia. Having an online training system meant that ACS would be able to keep their staffs training current, track staff performance in real-time and offer site-specific training from a central location.
The Result
The new ACS site was launched with very positive feedback from ACS staff and clients and the new site portrays the professional service that is ACS. Internal staff are now able to manage the content on their website to ensure that information is always current and that any important content changes can be implemented without delay.
The online training component of the ACS website has been a great success and has streamlined the staff training process, this means that staff are now trained faster, more efficiently and can refresh their knowledge at their own pace from anywhere they wish.
