The History

Big Click has worked with the CCCC for many years and the website has gone through a couple of revisions during that time.

We are committed to helping our local community in any way possible and our ongoing relationship with the CCCC is providing a central source of information for the many local organisations.

The Challenge

The team behind the Central Coast Community Council (CCCC) needed a way to help the vast array of local community groups and organisations to spread the word about their services, events and job vacancies.

Many of the local organisations are volunteer based and don't have the funding, time or knowledge to create and maintain their own website so the CCCC website needed to provide a quick and easy way for members of the community to add events, organisations and job vacancies to a central directory.

The Result

The Big Click team sat down with some of the CCCC board members and came up with a plan to provide an easy to use and visually appealing website that would require as little management as possible.

Members of the public are able to add their own content to the website and it goes into a queue for approval, a member of the CCCC is alerted every time new content is added and they are able to quickly and easily approve it for publication. Events on the website are automatically archived once they have passed and at the beginning of each month a schedule of events for the coming month is sent out to all of the CCCC subscribers.

The CCCC website has been a great success and is now the most comprehensive source of community information on the Central Coast.
