Vibe Photography
Vibe Photography is an award winning Central Coast wedding photography and portrait photography studio. They came to Big Click Studios wanting to enhance their online image and add some useful functionality to allow visitors to make a gift donation to a specific wedding couple which would go towards their wedding photography package.
The Challenge
Vibe Photography came to us with a brief to build a visually stunning website that ranked well and was user friendly, the initial request was to have it built in flash so animation could be used.
After discussions with the client we settled on implementing state-of-the-art jQuery and Web 2.0 techniques to deliver a website with smooth and elegant animations with well structured text content to ensure rankings.
The Result
We developed a custom CMS that would allow the client to manage the sites content easily without having to worry about any of the page structure or content being compromised.
After designing a clean, user friendly interface we set about building the custom javascript libraries and CMS modules to cater to the needs of the project. A blog was also developed so the client could post images and comments on events that they covered.
When the site was complete and ready to go the client was over the moon with the result and couldn't believe that it wasn't flash, the site now ranks high for terms relating to Central Coast Photography and Wedding Photography which has converted into a large volume of enquiries.
Vibe Photography wanted their new website to stand out from the rest and have a clean minimalist look to accentuate the photography. Big Click achieved this by using stat-of-the-art web technologies to create an interface and menu that animates using Ajax and javascript.
